3. Client Responsibilities

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own your website domain, content, and design. Whitetail Web Services retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to use generic design elements and templates across multiple projects.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Standard terms include a 50% deposit required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revisions as specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to charge for significant scope changes or redesign requests.

7. Timelines and Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on timely client feedback and material provision. Delays caused by client-side issues, including but not limited to delayed feedback, content submission, or payment, may extend the project timeline accordingly.

8. Hosting and Maintenance

Website hosting is provided as a separate service. If hosting is included in your agreement, it covers server space, basic security, and uptime maintenance. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but commit to resolving hosting issues promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Whitetail Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Client information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance with domain transfer and file handover.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
