FAQ
Everything you need to know before getting started.
100%. Once you pay in full, you own your website, your domain, and all its content. If you ever want to leave or take your site elsewhere, you can — no strings attached. We believe you should always own what you pay for.
No problem. Most of our clients start with nothing but an idea. We use professional stock photography that fits your practice area, and we can create a custom logo as part of the package. We'll guide you through everything during our intake call.
Our maintenance package includes hosting, security updates, backups, performance optimization, and minor content updates. If you need major redesigns or new features, those are quoted separately. The goal is to keep your site fast, secure, and working perfectly — so you can focus on practicing law.
Yes, we have a simple service agreement that outlines deliverables, payment terms, and ownership. It's designed to protect both parties. No auto-renewals, no long-term lock-ins on the build fee — and you can cancel the maintenance package anytime with 30 days notice.
After we present your initial design (round one), if you're not completely satisfied, you pay nothing. Zero. We want you to feel confident before we move forward. Most clients love the first design, but we want to make sure you do.
Absolutely. Every website we build is custom — not a template. We'll discuss your brand, your preferences, and your goals during our discovery call. The design will reflect your firm's personality, not look like every other attorney website out there.
Those platforms are DIY tools — you do all the work. With us, you get a custom-built, professionally designed website without lifting a finger. More importantly, we build for conversion. Our sites are optimized to turn visitors into clients, not just look pretty. And you get ongoing support, so you're never alone.
